TRYOUT INFORMATION
ALL tryouts will take place at
CHRIST THE LORD LUTHERAN SCHOOL
1650 N. Brookfield Road
Brookfield, WI
There is a non-refundable tryout fee of $20 for those who pre-register or $30 for those who register the day of tryouts. This fee covers both tryout dates.
Deadline for pre-registration is November 9, 2009.
Players will need to supply medical information and insurance information. A PARENT’S SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS ON THE MEDICAL FORM AND BADGER REGION PARTICIPATION FORM.\
