Jr. Viking Registration and Tryouts

Registration

Below you will find all the instructions, documents, and links you need to register. Please use the Contact Us page if you have questions.

Registration for tryouts is $30.  Online registration is at the Badger Regional Registration,  we will not have the membership forms available at the meeting on October 19th, 2011. You will need the 2011 Badger Region/USA Medical form as well at the 2011 Badger Region Membership Card, and the Jr. Viking Player Info form (below).

Registration will take place the day of tryouts or by mailing it to the below address postmarked by November 5th, 2011, the fee is $30, it is required to bring the necessary forms from the Badger Region website registration along with the  Jr. Viking Player info form (see below) and the medical form which is printed off the Badger Region website (forms will need to be signed by player and parent) to the tryout.  You may send all three registration formsand payment to Rachel Holtz at the below address. BUT, it must me postmarked by November 5th.  If forms are not received prior to tryouts, you will need to bring another set of the forms to tryouts if the forms aren't delivered prior to the tryout date.

Tryouts

Again, needed to tryout will be the Badger Region Membership Card and the Badger Region/USA Medical form, as well as the Jr Vikings Player Info form.

Online Registration

The 2011-2012 season is fast approaching and registration is now open! Badger Region utilizes a registration system that eliminates the paper forms and accepts online payment, and we hope it will be easy for everyone to use. Also, everyone must register themselves because of electronic signatures, so please visit their website,  Badger Regional Registration to complete your own registration process.
