Registration

Below you will find all the instructions, documents, and links you need to register.  Please use the Contact Us page if you have questions.

Pre-registration for tryouts is $20.  This can be done November 5 at the Informational Meeting or sent in.  Forms may be downloaded from the Badger Region website, or we will have them available at the meeting.  You will need the 2009 Badger Regioin/USA Medical form as well at the 2009 Badger Region Membership form, and the Jr. Viking Player Info form (below).   If pre-registration is mailed, it should be received by us no later than November 10 with the necessary paperwork and a check for $20 made out to Jr. Viking Volleyball Club.

If you plan to register the day of tryouts the fee is $25, it is helpful to bring the necessary forms, filled out to the tryout.  (We will have forms available at the tryout as well.)  The medical form will require immunization information, and the forms will need to be signed by player and parent. 

Tryouts

Again, needed to tryout will be the Badger Region Membership form and the Badger Region/USA Medical form, as well as the Jr Vikings Player Info form. 

It is helpful if you enter your player in "Sign Up To Play" prior to tryouts as well, but not mandatory.  Pre-registraion can also be done through "Sign Up To Play", please mail the form to us along with the Medical and Badger Region info form and a check for $20 made out to the Jr. Viking Volleyball Club to JVVC at S70W16751 Hedgewood Dr., Muskego, WI  53150.  DO NOT SEND TO BADGER REGION or bring to tryouts.  This must be received by November 10 in order to get the discounted tryout fee.

Online Registration

Signuptoplay.com 
When asked what type of account to set up pick "Junior Member".  If your daughter played last year you may be able to find last years account and simply edit it.  Signuptoplay will then pre-fill out your forms for you to print and turn in.
